I'm leaving this message because you said you were interested in the cooking classes I was thinking about offering!
So they're going to happen. I'm going to try out a week of classes first, and go from there. You don't have to come to every class, but it'll probably be best if you do. I'll try to make it fun, and there's gonna be a lot of food for people to try!
The classes are going to start on Monday July 9th at noon and run until five in the evening, Tuesday through Friday.
The schedule is gonna look like this:
Tuesday - Cooking Principles and Knife skills
Wednesday - Food Safety
Thursday - Stocks and sauces
Friday - Cuts of meat
